SCSelect also features access to statewide and national coverage through our affiliation with PHCS/MultiPlan. Residents of Stark and Tuscarawas counties can experience a cost-savings by selecting the MercyChoice network, a unique PPO network featuring Mercy Medical Center, as well as thousands of providers and hospitals across Northern Ohio.
