SummaCare is pleased to provide members substantial discounts on frames and lenses with the convenience of no claim forms, reimbursement procedures or waiting periods.

24-Hour Nurseline
SummaCare members can speak to a Registered Nurse anytime – day or night – to address medical concerns.
Online Tools
Self-service tools offer members and employers easy access to change address information, request a new ID card or benefit information, search for a provider, or view eligibility status and pharmacy information.
