Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training
All SummaCare-contracted Medicare providers are required to review the Fraud, Waste and Abuse training presentation, then complete and submit the attestation form. If you've already completed the training through another carrier, you are still required to complete and submit the appropriate attestation form below.
