SummaCare makes it easy to access the information you need and to learn more about SummaCare plans, products and services.

Provider Relations Representatives

The Provider Relations Representatives are responsible for ongoing education and training with the SummaCare provider network. This includes in-office provider orientation, access and training to Plan Central, SummaCare's benefit-specific web portal, assistance with resolving complex claim issues, provider changes, researching and resolving provider contract issues and hosting provider seminars. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship between your office and SummaCare.

We encourage you to utilize Plan Central to view eligibility, authorizations, benefits, claims, retrieve explanation of payments and to submit claims or corrected claims. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you have not met with your assigned Provider Relations Representative or would like to schedule an in-office training or meeting to address any questions regarding the authorization process, claims issues, appeals, SummaCare products/benefits or Plan Central training, please contact the assigned Provider Relations Representative for your office.

Provider Support Services Call Center

Provider Support Services is available to assist your office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Representatives are here to help you with plan questions, fee schedule requests and other issues. 

Please login to Plan Central before calling so that we are available to answer more complex questions and provide callers with information not available on Plan Central.
