With the 2-19 product, the employer selects two health benefit packages, a standard group plan and a Medicare Advantage Group (SummaCare Secure Choice) plan. Employees who are eligible and interested in the SummaCare Secure Choice plan have the option to enroll or to select the standard group plan.

Affordable prescription drug coverage is also offered under both plans. The monthly premiums are $150 for plan Choice I-09 and $250 for plan Choice II-09.
