For 2025, the SummaCare Individual & Family plans received a 5 (out of 5) overall star rating on the Health Insurance Marketplace, the highest rating possible. The rating helps consumers evaluate member satisfaction with plans; how effectively the plan is able to assist providers in prevention and detection of illness; management of overall member well-being; and responsiveness to handling member needs, concerns and appeals.
