Medicare Advantage and Individual and Family brokers are required to certify annually with SummaCare to continue to sell these plans and receive applicable commissions. Your FMO will provide you with your SummaCare certification link. If you are contacted directly with SummaCare, you should have already received this information from us directly.
Please note:
- 2027 AHIP certification (Medicare) and/or 2027 FFM certification (Individual and Family plans) is required to finalize your certification.
- Medicare brokers: we will no longer be asking for a PDF of your AHIP training certificate. As previously communicated, Medicare brokers will need to log into your AHIP account using the link below and add SummaCare to the list of carriers to which your 2027 AHIP status will be sent. You will not be able to submit your 2027 certification package in NoMoreForms until this is done.

- Individual and Family brokers: You will need to submit your 2027 FFM training certificate when available to finalize your certification.
- Once all information is received, processing of your certification typically takes 5-7 business days. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email from Broker Services indicating your 2027 certification is complete.
