Behavioral Health Support

Whether you are experiencing short- or long-term stress, anxiety or depression, SummaCare offers several services to help support you on your behavioral health journey.

SummaCare’s Programs

Care Management and Condition Management Programs provide nurse-guided assistance and resources to help you manage your behavioral health and live a healthier life. Depending on your needs, a registered nurse will help you navigate your healthcare and provide needed support. Call 877.888.1164 (TTY 711) for more information.

Where to seek care:

Need care right away? If you or a loved one needs help right away, please call 911 or one of the following: 

  • SummaCare’s 24-Hour Nurse Line: 800.379.5001 (TTY 711)
  • National Domestic Violence Hotline: 800.799.7233 (TTY 800.787.3224) or text “START” to 88788
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 for assistance with any mental-health related distress—whether thoughts of suicide, mental health, substance abuse crisis or any kind of emotional distress.

If you are taking medication for a behavioral health diagnosis, you can find the following information by logging into your Plan Central account and selecting My RX Info:

  • Drug information, such as potential side effects, drug interactions, or alternatives
  • Home delivery options, communication preferences
  • Benefit highlights, prescription history and upcoming refills

Go to Plan Central on your computer or mobile device to register or sign in. First-time users will need Member ID, name and date of birth.
