SummaCare’s member portal covers the details, so you don’t have to. From prescriptions to snail mail payments to referrals or prior authorizations, any healthcare plan can leave you with an overwhelming amount of paperwork that can be hard to keep track of. Plan Central, SummaCare’s online member portal, helps you keep it all straight, serving as the personal assistant you never knew you needed—but will likely be very glad you have.
Members can easily store important healthcare documents, find detailed benefit information and gain access to a variety of helpful online health and wellness resources with convenient 24/7 access that makes finding the healthcare information you need easy on almost any schedule.
Need an added perk? Unlike paper documents that can be easy to misplace, with Plan Central, you’ll never be at a loss for more than a forgotten password. The fix? Just call SummaCare’s Member Services reps to set up a new password to access the info you need fast. Lost car keys? That (unfortunately), we can’t help with—you’re still on your own for that one!
Registration is also hassle-free. Just visit Plan Central, follow the prompts and make sure you have your Member ID card handy for set up. Once registered, members can:
