We offer coverage options for individuals and families who do not have access to group coverage. Your SummaCare Individual & Family plan includes:
- Comprehensive medical and pharmacy benefits.
- 3 FREE Primary Care Provider (PCP)* office visits on most plans and outpatient mental health services for each person on your policy.
- Adult vision exam and $100 vision hardware allowance through VSP available on many plans. Check your plan documents for details.
- If your plan doesn't cover an adult vision exam or hardware, you can purchase a separate plan from VSP for a low monthly fee.
- Telehealth visits (through Teladoc® Health and participating in-network providers) available on all plans.
- Low copays on generic prescriptions on most plans.
