At SummaCare we care about our members, their health and their well-being. That’s why, even in a highly competitive region, 97 percent of the Medicare Advantage members who join SummaCare choose to stay year-over-year.
Our 2025 AEP Marketing materials build on last year’s campaign driving home a message that is meaningful and real, “At SummaCare, it’s personal.” Our marketing materials feature the stories of four real-life SummaCare members—Greg, Lavell, Linda and Pam, plus quotes, photos and a TV appearance by Linda’s friend Cathy. Several of our Member Services representatives including, Deb Buffington, Stacy Greenwood, Renee Jacobs, Mattie Bryant and Shawn Helms also make appearances. The stories shared highlight the benefits on our plans that have meant the most to our featured SummaCare members and the excellent service that they’ve consistently received.
