Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products Available at No Cost to You!

OTC allowance can be used to shop in person at participating retailers nationwide. Members can order health-related items for home delivery via SummaCare’s Medline catalog over the phone, online, or through the OTC-Anywhere mobile app.

To order home delivery:

Please note: home delivery orders can be placed twice a quarter, but any unused amount will not rollover into the next benefit period. You are not restricted to the number of orders you can place per quarter if using the OTC benefit at retail establishments.
