New Members

Online

Make your Pre-Enrollment Invoice payment here (Available to new members 48 hours after submitting enrollment application.)

Call 800.996.8701 or 330.996.8700 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to make payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer.

Mail

Make check payable to SummaCare and mail to:

Log in to your SummaCare Plan Central member account to pay your ongoing monthly premium here by credit card. You can also sign up for paperless invoices when logged into your member account.
