The Provider Portal helps you spend less time on administration and focus more on patient care. You will have access to a one-stop portal to quickly perform key functions you do every day.
The SummaCare Provider Portal integrates with Guiding Care and is a tool for providers to electronically submit authorizations and receive automated responses and real-time updates.

Providers can utilize SummaCare’s authorization portal for the following:

  • Submit prior authorizations for outpatient, inpatient and medical pharmacy requests
  • Check on the status of authorizations
  • Add supporting documentation
  • Request continued stays for inpatient admissions
  • Update authorization with discharge information
  • View letters and faxes
  • Direct messaging and communication

How to Get Started

Provider portal registration is required. In order to register, you must be a provider with a valid NPI number. Download the below guides for more information:
