Whether you’re experiencing short- or long-term stress, anxiety or depression, we offer several behavioral health services to help support you on your journey. Depending on your needs, a registered nurse will help you navigate your health care and provide needed support.
We understand a fragmented approach to health care can make it difficult for you to achieve an optimal level of wellness and function. That’s why we offer Care Management programs to assist members diagnosed with complex health conditions.
Services may be short-term for members who are transitioning home after a hospitalization or long-term for members with catastrophic or highly complex health needs.

We know the risks of under-utilization of care. That’s why we offer a Utilization Management program to ensure members are receiving the most appropriate, highest-quality, evidence-based care.
Our program works by reviewing and assessing the status of your care while in facilities like hospitals, rehabilitation or skilled nursing centers to make sure your benefits are maximized to the fullest. For example, members may receive prior authorization of procedures or get supplemental home medical equipment.
